Audio alliance forged as Sound United and Polk acquire Denon and Marantz

The top sound gear creators are collaborating in a huge arrangement. Sound United, proprietor of the Polk Audio and Definitive Technology speaker brands, reported today that it's obtained D+M Group, proprietor of the Denon and Marantz recipient brands in addition to Boston Acoustics speakers and Heos multi-room sound.

The joined organizations will be known as Sound United, drove by its current CEO Kevin Duffy. Terms of the arrangement were not revealed. Sound United is a piece of DEI Holdings, a portfolio organization of Boston private value firm Charlesbank. D+M Group was a piece of Bain Capital's Tokyo enterprise K. K. BCJ-2.

"D+M Group's arrangement of brands and Asia Pacific/European impression is an impeccable supplement to Sound United's objective to drive worldwide development" Duffy tells TechCrunch.
